CAC IAAP Secretary

 

Job Responsibilities:

Recording Secretary: Maintain all pertinent information of the Central Arkansas Chapter (CAC).

Corresponding Secretary:  Facilitate all communication of the CAC both internally and externally.

Recording/Corresponding Secretary:  Combination of above duties.

   

Specific Job Tasks – Recording Secretary: 

  • Responsible for the minutes at meetings and chapter board meetings.
  • Responsible for distributing minutes for member approval.
  • Maintain CAC charter, official documents such as bylaws, previous minutes and A-O Division bylaws.
  • Call roll at chapter and board meetings.

 

Specific Job Tasks – Corresponding Secretary:

  • Communicate correspondence including meeting notices to chapter members and the division.
  • Facilitate public relations on chapter programs to local media.
  • Gather and develop member information for the chapter directory and distribute to the chapter members and the division.
  • Write correspondence on behalf of the chapter.

 

Specific Job Tasks – Recording/Corresponding Secretary:  Combination of above job tasks.
